Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on the work engagement of employees at PT Tamora Agro Lestari Kuantan Singingi. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting data obtained from respondents through distributing questionnaires. Then tabulated and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The sample in this study amounted to 41 people who were part of the production process I and process II. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques, namely by interview and questionnaire. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test (R2), and t test (hypothesis). The results in this study indicate that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee work engagement at PT Tamora Agro Lestari.
