Abstract

Implementasion Of Integrated Marketing Communication At PT. Agung Automall Arengka Pekanbaru Andi Muhammad Iqbal 159110069 The decrease in sales is a fear for every organization or company, such as in PT. Agung Automall Arengka Pekanbaru which experienced a decrease in sales in 2013-2015 although not significant. Pt. Agung Automall Arengka Pekanbaru felt the need to implement integrated marketing communication (IMC) considering PT. Agung Automall is a large showroom in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to want to know how to implement integrated marketing communication in PT. Agung Automall Arengka Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative methods and techniques carried out in data collection are interviews, observations and documentation. The result of this study is that the implementation of integrated marketing communication conducted by PT. Agung Automall is doing well, whether it means they have implemented elements of IMC namely Advertising (the spread of brosuk, advertising on instagram and facebook), Sales Promotion (with direct promotion to customers through personal social media), Personal Selling (able to build relationships with customers making a great contribution and benefit in marketing a product), Public Relation (responsible for the positive image of the company, working with the media and the community around the corporate environment) , Direct Marketing (successful in covering all the flaws of all elements that, maintaining relationships with customers, able to provide various solutions to the constraints that customers face about the company's products).
