Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-LKPD based on Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) on valid chemistry learning based on material experts, media experts, and practicality tests for teachers and students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model consisting of the defined stage, the design stage, the development stage, and the disseminate stage, but this research is only limited to the activity stage, namely the development stage. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 16 Pekanbaru for students of class X MIPA 2. The results showed that the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE)-based E-LKPD in chemistry learning obtained a percentage of material expert validity of 91% and media experts 90% with the criteria very valid. For the percentage of practicality from teachers and students, the results were 98.6% and 91.54% in the very practical category. So it can be concluded that E-LKPD based on Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) in chemistry learning is feasible to be used as teaching material.
