Abstract

Research aims to understand the influence of teamwork of the performance of employees at pt. Bormindo nusantara in the city spines. The research is research deksriptif quantitative with the sample of the 35 respondents with using a technique random sample simple ( simple random sampling. In a performance of a team cooperate, each other trust, shoulder in a team and keep compactness make cooperation strong team and may provide a positive influence of the performance of an employee in completed a work, this cooperation team strong and made an occupation heavy can be completed appropriate to a purpose to achieve by the company. This research result indicates that cooperation team influential very strong against of employee performance to companies PT. Bormindo Nusantara in the city spines, with strengthened value recapitulation respondents of 0,798 ( 79,8 % clear very strong team in the influence of cooperation
