Abstract

In today's life, the Internet plays an important role. The IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) developed and approved IPv6 with router discovery and automatic configuration of stateless address systems in 1994 as a key to anticipating problems with IPv4 address restrictions. Network service attributes can be improved with better and resource-efficient traffic management. Routing protocols are needed because their part can pass data from one node to another to get to the end node of the network network. Therefore, testing the conceptual model using the GNS3/Opnet Modeler simulator to determine QoS using the routing algorithm protocol Ripng, Ospfv3 and Eigrp on ipv6 networks. Ripng routing (12,4562 s) is more efficient in terms of time than OSPFV3 (13,1991 s) and EIGRP (12,7883 s), because the delay time is smaller. The time difference between the three routing protocols is different and it is very influential on data communication in the network. If the throughput value is smaller, it does not mean that the delay value is also small. And vice versa if the throughput value is large, the delay value is not necessarily large.
