Abstract

This research was conducted on Kepenghuluan Pematang Botam, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency with the aim of this study was to find out whether the application of financial accounting for Pematang Kepululuan Botam, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency was in accordance with General Acceptance Accounting Principles. The data used by researchers in Kepenghuluan Pematang Botam, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by conducting interviews with interested parties in the management of financial finances, namely the chief of knowledge, the secretary of knowledge and the treasurer of knowledge about history, vision and mission and recording systems. Whereas secondary data is data obtained from government knowledge in the form of finished such as organizational structure and financial reports. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of research conducted on Kepenghuluan Pematang Botam, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency are not recording the General Journal which is the main recording media of transactions according to when the transaction occurred in the General Cash Book, and does not make adjustments to inventory and does not Depreciate Fixed Assets in Statutory Wealth Report.
