Abstract
The purpose of this working paper is to find out some work disciplines in each office area which are aimed at employees to comply with the regulations at the General Administration Bureau of the Islamic University of Riau. The method used is the correlation method. This method is an action that is carried out by comparing theory and discussion. Based on the author's observations, it can be concluded that employees at the General Administration Bureau are said to be less than optimal in carrying out discipline and complying with established regulations such as entry and exit hours, dress codes. Employees in the General Administration Bureau should increase the awareness of each individual about the importance of work discipline in order to achieve a good performance.
