Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT. IIS), to test and analyze the effect of placement on employee performance at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT. IIS), to test and analyze the effect of training and placement on employee performance at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT. IIS). This research is quantitative with a population of 44 people, using purposive technique and random sampling classification. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS 22 analysis tool. The results show that training, employee work placement has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT. IIS) Group Ukui
