Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate (Topaz) in October 2021 until completion. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of teamwork on employee productivity at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate (Topaz). In this study, the sample was harvesting employees, totaling 60 employees and used as respondents, this study used descriptive analysis method using simple linear regression analysis method using SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that partially the teamwork variable had a positive effect. and significant to the work productivity of employees in the harvesting division at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate (Topaz). So it means the better the teamwork at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate (Topaz) results in an increase in the productivity of employees in the company.
