Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the communication climate in the organization on the performance of the employees at the Tualang sub-district office. This study uses a quantitative method that aims to see in detail the results of the climate influence by distributing questionnaires. In this study, the sample was all 28 employees of the Tualang sub-district office, from the results of this study it can be seen that the influence of the communication climate in the organization is very influential on the performance of the employees. There are 6 factors that influence the organizational climate, namely trust, participation, support, openness, willingness to listen and also concern. If this is done, it can be ensured that the communication climate within the organization can run smoothly.
