Abstract

This study aims to see and explain about the Supervision of Hygiene Levies and Waste Management Management by the Environmental Service in Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. Measurement indicators used include Procedures, Standards, Accuracy, Job Measurement, and Repair. This type of research located in Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, is a quantitative research. The numerical data comes from the results of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling and census techniques. The research data comes from primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and research interviews. Then secondary data in the form of literature books and the internet according to the required data. Data analysis is presented in the form of a written description, which will be analyzed using descriptive or elaboration methods. Based on the research results, it is known that the procedure indicators are in the quite good category. This is also supported by procedures related to activities carried out by officers by transporting waste from each waste pile location. The standard indicators are in the good category with garbage transportation carried out, leaving not too much garbage or scattered but quite disturbing the view. The accuracy indicator is in the good category with selective logging still being collected by officers so that the impression is uneven. In the measurement indicator, the job is in the good category with officers still not good at transporting waste. The improvement indicators are in the good category with awareness is something that must be owned by both officers in doing their work so that there is no scattered waste when carrying out transportation so that there are no complaints from the public.
