Abstract
This research is motivated by the value of Islamic education which is a collection of interrelated principles of life. Contains teachings to maintain and develop human nature and human resources that exist in it towards the formation of a complete human being (insan kamil) in accordance with Islamic norms or teachings. The reason the author took this research was because the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El Shirazy taught readers to always be close to Allah SWT, and worship Allah and always be grateful in any circumstances. Research problems (1) What is the value of Islamic religious education related to Akidah in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El Shirazy? (2) What is the value of Islamic religious education related to Sharia in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El Shirazy? (3) What is the value of Islamic religious education related to Morals in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The theory put forward by Toto Suryana, et al (1997), Ramayulis, et al (2009), Muhamad Alim (2006). The research method is content analysis. The results of this study conclude that there are three values ​​of Islamic religious education contained in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El Shirazy, namely (1) The value of Islamic religious education related to faith, namely faith in Allah, faith in the Book, faith in angels, faith in the Prophet, faith in the last day, faith in Qadha and Qadar. (2) The value of Islamic religious education related to Sharia, which includes the pillars of Islam in the form of saying two sentences of shahada, fasting, prayer, zakat and Hajj. Public worship is in the form of prayer, dhikr, alms, reading the Koran and marriage marriage. (3) The value of Islamic religious education related to Morals, namely a) morals towards Allah which includes, pray, dhikr, shalawat, tawakal, repentance, gratitude, Husnudzon. b) Moral towards oneself includes, patience, optimism, effort, trust. c) Morals towards fellow human beings include, help to help, keep promises, generous, and friendship.
