Abstract

Development planning in the field of youth and sports in Riau Province needs to be designed in an integrated and sustainable manner, which cannot be separated from the direction of the applicable laws and regulations. To achieve this target, of course, good governance is needed or also known as good governance. Good governance is the use of political economy and administrative authority to manage various state affairs at every level and is an instrument of state policy to encourage the creation of welfare conditions, integrity, and social cohesiveness in society. sports building facilities and infrastructure by taking the object at the Riau Province Youth and Sports Office. The purpose of this study is to describe government governance in the management of sports facilities and infrastructure for the Riau provincial government The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques, qualitative research is a process that is more intended to understand human problems in a social context by creating and presenting a comprehensive and complex picture, reporting detailed views from informant sources, and carried out naturally without any intervention from the author, with interviews and observations as a data collection tool, with the results of the study obtaining the conclusion that in the management of the Sapras of the Riau provincial government sports building, in its implementation there are still several obstacles such as the lack of handling complaints services by the Youth Service and Riau Province Sports, in response to the input and suggestions given, such as those related to the management of the Sports Center and the lack of supervision and monitoring in the field by the Riau Province Youth and Sports Office in managing facilities and infrastructure. infrastructure that has been built.
