Abstract

This study aims to see the achievement of special lease transportation which is in accordance with service standards in Riau Province With The Analysis of Excellent service theory proposed by Atep Adya Barata, where in the theory there are four assessment inficators namely, Fast, Precise, Easy, and Transparent. This research uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques through direct interviews with the relevant office that is Department One Singgle Integrated Service and Investment Servis (DPMPTSP), Dapartment of Transportation (DISHUB), Rijek Office. Researchers found that there were still unpreparedness of some online transportation in managing bsiness permits provided by the relecan agencies even though the services provided were very qualified. Apart from that, there are still gaps in the delivery if information through counseling carried out by the relevant agencies to several company representatives so that service information is not channeled properly. It is hoped that through this research the relevant agencies can deliver services and provide information more intensively, and it is hoped that this research can be continued for future researchers.
