Abstract
The development of information technology has not been effective and efficient in oil palm companies, thus affecting employee performance in presenting reports and information needed by management. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of the effectiveness of the use and trust in accounting information system technology on individual performance in the oil palm company Kuantan Singingi. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques with SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the effectiveness of the use of accounting information system technology and belief in accounting information system technology had a significant effect on individual performance.
