Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of inpatient nurses at hospital Type-D Perawang. The population in this study were 34 respondents. The sampling technique used Non Probability Sampling with the census method, the sample was used as many as 34 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique used instrument test, simple linear regression, determination test and t test (partial). The results showed that partially organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the inpatient nurses at the hospital TypeD Perawang with t count 11.630> t table 2.037. While the results of the coefficient of determination (R²) obtained a value of 0.809 or 80.9% and the remaining 19.1% is influenced by other variables which are not discussed further in this study.
