Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at the office of PT. Kencana Amal Tani, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. As for in this study the population is all employees at the office of PT. Kencana Charity Farmers. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 36 respondents using the Slovin formula and using the census technique. Then the data analysis will be carried out on these data with the help of SPSS, the results of this study indicate that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the office of PT. Kencana Amal Tani, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
