Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study. It is known that the population in this study is the Referee-Jury who will participate in the Porprov event in Kuansing. So that the total population and sample are 34 regional license judges, 9 national license judges and 1 international license referee. The instrument used is a questionnaire that uses the Guttman Scale with distribution via Google Form. From this research, it can be seen that the understanding of the Referee-Jury in the Match classification indicator gets a percentage of 82% in the high category, then the match equipment and arena indicators and the terms of competition each get the percentage of 45% with the low category and the percentage of match conditions indicators 46% with the low category. With the average of all indicators with a percentage of 58% in the Medium category, it can be concluded that the Referees and Judges are not very familiar with the latest regulations, namely the 2016 National Conference Results regulations.
