Abstract
The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were the Head of the Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency, the Head of Services and the Community who paid vehicle tax. From the results of the study, it is known that the Communication Strategy of the Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency in socializing e-Samsat in Pekanbaru City concluded that it has not been running optimally, this is marked by the still ineffective socialization carried out by related parties in spreading information to the public regarding tax payment services through e- Samsat.
