Abstract

Analysis of Advantages of LT Field Development Based on the PSC Cost Recovery Cooperation Contract Scheme with a Focus on Domestic Market Obligations (DMO). DMO is a policy that exists in the PSC Cost Recovery cooperation contract system, where contractors are required to provide from their share or called contractor sharing to meet domestic oil needs in Indonesia which is regulated in PP Number 34 of 2005, Article 46 Paragraph (3). In this LT field research, to determine the flexibility of DMO using DMO holiday and without DMO holiday, and with DMO values at 5%, 15%, and 25% with an oil price of 114 (USD/BBL). DMO using DMO holiday at 5% DMO values 7,697 MUSD. At 15% DMO values 23,092 MUSD. At 25% DMO values 31,547 MUSD. And for DMO without using DMO holiday with 5% DMO values 14 MUSD. At 15% DMO values 42 MUSD. At 25% DMO values 70 MUSD. This is the result of the flexibility of the DMO within 20 years.
