Abstract
Looking at the current condition of the community, there are still many complaints from the community regarding the services they get from the government about the current low quality of service. To carry out direct services to the community, every sub-district and government apparatus should have the ability to carry out their duties as determined by government agencies. In this case, the formulation of the problem is how and what are the inhibiting factors for evaluating e-KTP services at the Population and Civil Registry Service and Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency and the aim is to further improve the quality of apparatus performance as has been determined by the government in service to the community, as for The purpose of this study was to find out how the service and the inhibiting factors in the evaluation of e-ID card services in Disdukcapil Mandau. The method used is descriptive and qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation as well as analyzing the data descriptively and qualitatively. This study concludes that the e-ID card service at UPT Disdukcapil Mandau Bengkalis Regency has not been effective. It can be seen that there are still many people who complain because the e-KTP printing is still slow. And improve employee performance by conducting training for employees, adding facilities and infrastructure, then also clarifying information regarding service procedures.
