Abstract
A policy is a stipulation that contains principles to direct ways of acting that are made in a planned and consistent manner in achieving certain goals. Development is a process that is carried out in a planned manner while development is the impact caused by development. The market is a place where shopping centers provide the needs needed by the community both from daily needs or not, the market is also a means to interact with the community with traders in the market. The purpose of this study was to determine the Policy Analysis of the Village Head in Market Development. This study used a qualitative method. The indicators used include stipulations, objectives, decisions, implementation processes. The informants in this study were the Head of Development, BPD, Head of Rw 04, Head of Rt 12 while the key informant was the Village Secretary of Muara Bahan Village. The results of this study are that the Village Head Policy Analysis in Market Development has been running but there is still a lack of socialization and cooperation between village officials and the local community
