Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine : 1) the characteristics of entrepreneurs and agroindustry business profile cassava flour of Anak singkong mandiri. 2) the use of raw materials, production processes, production costs, production, revenue, efficiency and added value agroindustry cassava flour of Anak singkong mandiri. 3) agroindustry Business Development Strategy cassava flour of Anak singkong mandiri. This study uses survey methods. The selection of place is done deliberately (purposive) in Sialang Sakti Village, Tenayan Raya subdistrict, Pekanbaru city, Riau province. The sample used in this study amounted to 5 people using the census method. The method of data analysis in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Source data in this study were obtained from promer data and secondary data. The results showed that the average age of employers and Labor 33 years, the average level of Education 10 years, with an average experience of 3.17 years, and dependents an average of 2 people. Agroindustry business profile of manioc flour, household industry business scale, business capital from Personal Capital. The processing of manioc flour is still using a simple way. The costs incurred by employers Rp. 1,896,267, for receipts received Rp. 5,000,000 and a profit of Rp. 3,103,733, with an R/C value of more than one of 2.64. The added value generated from the business of manioc flour of Rp. 2,244.45/kg with a ratio of 67.33%. Margin value of Rp. 2,333.33 / kg, direct labor income of 5.99, other input contribution of 0.04% and corporate profits of 90.20%. Based on the analysis of the SWOT matrix of Agroindustry of manioc flour is in Quadrant 1 between SO (Strenght-Opportunities) which means that this situation is in good condition and profitable, because there is a strength that can be used by entrepreneurs and also opportunities that can be utilized. The strategies obtained in the SWOT analysis: 1) Improve the skills of the workforce to improve product quality. 2) Take advantage of product prices to dominate the market.
