Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Analysis of Public Service Ethics in the East Tangkerang Village Head Office, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The assessment indicators used include fairness, honesty, courage, equality, intelligence and empathy. This type of research is a descriptive survey with quantitative analysis, which prioritizes a list of questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The types and techniques of data collection consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews, and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses a frequency table. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Analysis of Public Service Ethics at the Tangkerang Timur Village Head Office, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City was categorized as Good Enough. The inhibiting factor is that the physical condition of the Tangkerang Timur lurah office is still inadequate, because when it rains there is a leaky roof, especially in the lurah room and service room. Then the service facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate, such as the number of computers that are still lacking, so that some employees have to use personal laptops at work, and frequent interruptions to the wifi network, causing slow and slow service processes.
