Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the corporate social responsibility program of PTPN V in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, to determine the inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method. The theory used is the theory of implementation with established indicators, namely: Standard policies and objectives, Resources, Characteristics of implementing agents, Communication between organizations and implementing activities, Social conditions, attitude disposition of the implementers. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study were carried out to implement the Regulations on Corporate Social Responsibility in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. Factors that hinder the implementation of the PTPN V Corporate Responsibility Regulations are the absence of the CSR Forum's role in the implementation of the Pantai Raja Village Development program, the lack of communication between the company and the local government, the lack of transparency on the company's potential in implementing CSR programs, and the lack of further coordination. related to the development program between the company and the local government, and the lack of communication and coordination between the company and the government and local communities
