Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Aneka Bintang Service Pekanbaru which aims to determine whether the accounting applied in CV. Aneka Bintang Service Pekanbaru has complied with generally accepted accounting principles. CV Aneka Bintang Service is a private company engaged in the provision of goods and services. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. While the data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation as well as data analysis techniques using descriptive methods. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that CV. Aneka Bintang Service does not keep a Journal and does not post a Ledger. In presenting accounts receivable, the company does not calculate and present bad debt accounts. In calculating the depreciation of fixed assets, the company does not pay attention to the time of acquisition of fixed assets. The company also does not make reports on changes in capital, cash flow statements, and notes to financial statements. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of financial accounting carried out by CV. Aneka Bintang Service has not complied with generally accepted accounting principles.
