Abstract

This study aims to provide information about the promotion strategies carried out by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada Pekanbaru 1. This research uses a qualitative desktiptif research system by directly involved in getting the data needed in the research process. In this observation I use a promotional mix that includes personal selling, advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and direct marketing. In my observation, as the author, the promotion process carried out by yakult ladies is quite attractive to consumers' purchasing power. My advice as a writer who observes the promotion process carried out by PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada Pekanbaru 1 branch is to maximize Yakult Ladies speech training so that consumers always feel interested and need for yakult products.
