Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze consumer satisfaction at the souvenir shop Jingga Khas Riau, the data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests. This research was assisted by the SPSS version 22.0 program. Taking samples of 50 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques and using purposive sampling based on sampling techniques with certain considerations, the samples taken were the consumers of the Orange Typical Riau gift shop. The results of this study indicate that consumer satisfaction at the Orange Typical Riau gift shop has been going well.
