Abstract
Job engagement is a person's ability to be committed to his work intellectually or emotionally. Researchers conducted research related to work engagements that could be studied from business partners of Tiens Syariah Pekanbaru City. The research was applied with a qualitative descriptive study approach. The research sampling technique was purposive sampling by selecting 5 samples as the data source according to several considerations in the study. Research data collection techniques are interviews and documentation of symbols such as recording. The data analysis technique using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model is based on research aspects in the form of vigor, dedication, and absorption. The results of the study indicate that the Tiens Syariah business company partners in Pekanbaru City have a form of work engagement that can help the presence of these partners become the driving force for the success of the Tiens Syariah Pekanbaru City business company. Therefore, a picture of the work engagement of business partners of Tiens Syariah Pekanbaru City appears. This can help partners stay enthusiastic and be more focus in practicing and taking advantage of their presence who is pursuing a career in the Tiens Syariah business company in order to increase self-development that brings benefits for themselves, for others and for the Tiens Syariah business company.
