Abstract

Concrete is a construction material that is most often used in infrastructure development, such as bridges, roads, and buildings made of concrete, these conditions ultimately require concrete materials to be continuously modified to meet existing demands, but concrete also has a weakness that is prone to cracks, cracks that occur if not repaired can become wide and dangerous, One of the efforts to improve the quality and quantity of concrete as well as to overcome the problem of cracks in concrete is to provide admixture, there are several types of admixtures, one of which is ConplastRP264M2 which environmentally friendly Conplast RP264M2 in the form of superplasticizer and retarder liquid with the effect of reducing water demand, to overcome the problem of cracks in concrete with self-healing concrete innovation, where cracked concrete can repair itself with the help of microorganisms. These microorganisms are produced from vegetable waste (vege grout) which has been mixed with CaCl and Urea. For the percentage of Conplast RP264M2 admixture 0.5% and for the percentage of vegetable waste 0%, 3%, 5%, 7% and 9%. The results of the compressive strength test on concrete without cracks the highest compressive strength of 39.120 MPa, namely the variation of the mixed vegetable waste 3%, meanwhile the cracked concrete has the highest compressive strength of 39.745 MPa, namely the variation of the vegetable waste mixture of 9%, while for the value of the compressive strength of concrete with a mixture of 0.5% additives without vegetable waste, the compressive strength value is 43,600 MPa. In the visual test, the variation of the 9% vegetable waste mixture was most significantly recovered in the concrete cracks.
