Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon about unappropriated job placement at Islamic university of Riau. Appropriate job placement had important role to improve education staff achievement. The research problem questioned about was there any influence of job placement on education staff achievement at Islamic university of Riau. The purpose in this research examined to know the influence of job placement on education staff achievement at Islamic university of Riau. The subject in this research was education staff. Meanwhile the object in this research was influence of job placement on education staff achievement. The data source in this research was primer and secondary data. Sampling technique used probability-sampling technique; meanwhile, data collection technique used questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Research method used quantitative by using SPSS for windows version 23. Research finding showed that job placement on education staff achievement had medium relationship, it was known from correlation coefficient score in 0.526 meanwhile partial test showed positive influence and significant between job placement toward education staff achievement that was known by T counting (7.731) bigger than T table (1.9752). Generally, it could be concluded that there was any influence of job placement on education staff achievement at Islamic university of Riau.
