Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the transparency and accountability of the village government in managing the allocation of funds in Mahato Village, Tambusai Utara District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The object of this research is the government of Mahato Village. Techniques in collecting data in this study are observation and interviews. The data analysis technique in this research is using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of transparency and accountability in the management of village fund allocations has not been transparent and accountable.
