Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of service operations management at PT. Indah Karya Madani Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data and secondary data with qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative analysis and is described in descriptive form. The results of this study indicate service operations management at PT. Indah Karya Madani Pekanbaru based on four dimensions, namely the dimensions of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising showed results in the equally good category in each dimension, namely being on the planning dimension getting the highest score rating from the respondents compared to other dimensions.
