Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work experience on employee performance at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at the hotel. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, amounting to 40 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Mutiara Hotel Pekanbaru.
