Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline on Work Commitment to Employees of Payung Sekaki Sub-District Office Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were 30 employees. Sampling using the census method so that all the population is made up of 30 people or all employees are made into the sample. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, f test and determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work commitment of the Payung Sekaki sub-district office, Pekanbaru City. The level of relationship between the two variables in the strong category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
