Abstract
The phenomenon of sexual crime cases in the online realm has given rise to several Indonesian Instagram accounts that provide education about online sexual harassment. This study aims to see the gap between the gratification Sought and gratification obtained by using the Expetancy-Value model, data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, mean tests, and Spearman's Rho correlation tests. the results of this study indicate that there is a low satisfaction gap where GO>GS with a gap value of 0,14. In addition, this study shows a positive relationship between the GO variable and the GS variable with a correlation value of 0,720.
