Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of price perception, tourist attraction and service quality on visitor satisfaction of Pulai Indah Segati Tourism Kab. Pelalawan. The population of this study were all visitors who had been to Wisata Pulai, amounting to 2,140 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling in which the sampling was based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, with a sample of 95 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of price, tourist attraction and service quality partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction at Pulai Indah Tourism, Segati Village, Kab. Pelalawan.
