Abstract

The implementation of the agreement is negligent in carrying out its obligations in the rules of the cooperation agreement. In the cooperation agreement there is a default. The main problem of this research is the discrepancy of the product delivery expiration date in the agreement rules. This study has main problems: how to implement a drug distributor agreement between PT Errita Pharma and PT Harapan Raya Mandiri, and how to resolve a default dispute on the implementation of a drug distributor agreement between PT Errita Pharma and PT Harapan Raya Mandiri. . This type of research uses sociological juridical research, the nature of this research is descriptive qualitative, the data sources are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews. The analysis technique uses documentation and interview methods. The data analysis method used qualitative analysis. The implementation of this cooperation agreement has been carried out since 2014. The results showed that the implementation of the drug distributor cooperation agreement between PT Errita Pharma and PT Harapan Raya Mandiri had not run optimally due to the negligence of one party and there was no bright spot in resolving the default that occurred.
