Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Recovery Strategy MSME Marketing in the Culinary Sector During the Covid-19 Period in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were 22 employees and management dimsumyang cafe. The sampling technique is a census technique, so sample in this study as many as 22 employees. Data analysis techniques used used is using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results The calculation shows that the MSME marketing recovery strategy in the culinary during the Covid19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City (case study of Dimsum Yang Cafe) is in the high category, the marketing recovery strategy consists of E Commerce and Digital Marketing which is high so that sales and revenue there is an increase.
