Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job insecurity and workload partially and simultaneously on employee work stress at PT. Tasma Puja Kampar. Where i pay attention to employee discomfort in the work and social environment in and every process which results in an increase in the burden and leads to a sense of stress for employees. Of course this is an interisting thing for me so that i can research and learn things that can cause the employee to experience discomfort at work. Many things and aspects that cause their discomfort such as, position, education, relationship with superiors and fellow employees as well as company targets and sometimes unbalance working hours and lack of job trainning for employees. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study includes company employees totaling 496 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling so that the sample used is 49 respondents. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, namely t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the t test can be seen that the job insecurity and workload variables partially have a significant effect on work stress at PT. Tasma Puja Kampar. The results of the F test can be seen that job insecurity and workload simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on work stress at PT. Tasma Puja Kampar. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) explains that job insecurity and workload contribute to work stress at PT. Tasma Puja Kampar.
