Abstract
The feasibility analysis of om Son's fried rice SME development aims to analyze the feasibility of developing fried rice SME business in Pekanbaru in terms of environmental, market and marketing aspects, management and financial aspects. From these several aspects, it shows that the SMEs run by Om Son are acceptable and feasible to implement. To calculate the investment feasibility analysis based on conventional, several analytical methods are used, namely, using the Payback period (PP) method, Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Islamic sharia financial aspects using the Hamdi's Method consisting of the Gold Value Method (GVM). ), Gold Index (GI) and Investible Surplus Method (ISM). All of these methods show that the development of Om Son's UKM is acceptable and feasible based on the results of the analysis of financial aspects.
