Abstract

The purpose in this research examined there was any influence of spiritual quotient on stduents’ moral at SMP IT Bunayya Pekanbaru. This research used correlational quantitative research. The subject in this research was all students at SMP IT Bunayya Pekanbaru, and the object in this research was spiritual quotient on students’ moral at SMP IT Bunayya Pekanbaru. The population was 133 students with 99 students as sample. Data collection technique used questionnaire, and documentation. Based on data analysis, it was known that there was any influence of spiritual quotient on students’ moral at SMP IT Bunayya Pekanbaru. It was known from simple linear regression with significant score 0.003, and 0.003 smaller than 0.05 and the hypothesis was accepted. Spiritual quotient influence was in 0.611 or 61.1% in strong category, because it was in range 0.60-0.799 suitable in correlation coefficient interpretation table. Meanwhile, the others 38.9% was influenced by others factors. It concluded that hypothesis was accepted, the relationship between spiritual quotients on students’ moral at SMP IT Bunayya Pekanbaru was in strong category.
