Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze the practical implementation of Biology learning in class XI IPA in Pekanbaru State High School 2, and also to describe the facilities and infrastructure of biology laboratories in Pekanbaru State High School 2. This study uses a type of quantitative research with survey methods. The population and sample in this study were students of class XI IPA 2 Pekanbaru High School consisting of four classes with a total of 144 students. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis using the percentage formula. The results showed that the laboratory profile of Pekanbaru State High School 2 was included in the good category with a percentage of 76,10%. As for the research on the analysis of the implementation of practices, the results of the percentage of 82.18% were in the very good category.
