Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes, personality, and income on financial management behavior in fashion SMEs in Marpoyan Damai District. The object of this research is the owner of fashion SMEs in Marpoyan Damai District as many as 33 SMEs, the sample technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique with multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of personality and income on financial management behavior, while financial literacy and financial attitudes had no effect on financial management behavior.
