Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Dimsum Marpoyan, Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting data obtained from respondents through questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who were consumers who bought dimsum 3 times at Dimsum Marpoyan, Pekanbaru. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test (R²), t test and f test. The results in this study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Dimsum Marpoyan, Pekanbaru. And the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Dimsum Marpoyan, Pekanbaru. While the results of the correlation coefficient (r) obtained a value of 0,665 or 66,5%.
