The management carried out by the government has not been carried out optimally, there are still many facilities and infrastructure that are not maintained and inadequate and awareness of market users such as traders, consumers and market visitors are still relatively lacking, this happens because there is still a lot of garbage scattered in the market, and causes an unpleasant odor. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis of traditional market management are located in quadrant I, namely the SO (Strength and Opportunities) strategy, which utilizes the management carried out by the government to produce good policies.
