Abstract
University students are individuals who are undergoing education in higher levels including college or university. In addition to carrying out academic responsibilities, students also participate in other activities outside of academics, one of which is organizations. By participating in organizations, students can develop their potential to their maximum capacity, this is called flourishing. This study aims to determine the relationship between spirituality and flourishing in students who follow the organization. The subjects in this study were 307 students of Islamic University of Riau who participated in the organization determined by the cluster random sampling technique. The data collection method uses the Spirituality Orientation Inventory (SOI) scale by Wahyuningsih (2009) which amounts to 32 items and the PERMA Profiler flourishing scale by Effendy and Subandriyo (2017) which amounts to 18 items. The statistical analysis used is a spearman rank order that shows the value of the correlation coefficient r = 0.453 with a p of 0.000 (p < 0 .05). The conclusion is that there is a significant positive relationship between spirituality and flourishing in students of Islamic University of Riau who participated in the organization. This means that the higher the spirituality, the higher the flourishing, and vice versa, the lower the spirituality, the lower the flourishing in students of Islamic University of Riau who participated in the organization.
