Abstract
This study examines the effect of E-Service Quality on the purchase intention of Muslim fashion products at Shopee from an Islamic perspective. The population in this study were Shopee users who had shopped for Zaskia Mecca products at the Faculty of Economics and Business UIR. The sample criteria taken in this study were: women aged 19 years and over, experienced in making Shopee online transactions more than once. The method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression test, and hypothesis testing, correlation coefficient (R), and coefficient of determination (R2 ). The results of the research on e-service quality on consumer buying interest obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.698. This means that the correlation between the independent variable (e-service quality) and the dependent variable (consumer buying interest) has a strong correlation. And the results of hypothesis testing show that t count (6.756 ) > t table (1.677) sig.t of (0.000) p < 0.05 which means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected which means eservice quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.
