Abstract
This research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the significant effect of quality of work life on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pekanbaru City. The population of this study amounted to 87 people, while the sample obtained was 42 people. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling. This research uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis approach. The results of the analysis show that the regression coefficient of X is 0.876 which means that for every 1% addition to the trust value, the participation value increases by 0.876. This means that there is a positive relationship between the quality of work life variables and the performance variables. This shows that the creation of a quality work life can improve employee performance.
