Abstract

The implementation of village funds is a form of government effort to improve the welfare of the community, especially in the village. Therefore, this research was conducted to look at the governance of village funds in the new bina village, so far several obstacles are seen in its implementation including the lack of transparency of the Village Apparatus in the Utilization of the Village Fund, the Village Apparatus does not explain in detail about the development to be carried out, and the development to be carried out is mostly at the suggestion of the Village Head, without prior deliberation to the Village community. The main problem in this study is how is the implementation of village funds in Bina Baru Village, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency, according to Regent Regulation No. 9 of 2017 and How is Village Funds reported in Bina Village, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency, according to Regent Regulation No. 9 of 2017 . This research is classified as field research, where primary data is obtained from interviews and observations. Secondary data obtained from documentation data. The sample in this study was the Bina Baru Village apparatus, members of the Bina Baru Village ADD management and the Bina Baru Village community. The method of analysis in this study is a qualitative analysis method. Data were obtained by conducting interviews with 10 respondents from village officials, village fund managers and village communities, field observations and documentation of the data on the Allocation of the Village Fund for the New Bina Baru. The results of this study are that the Utilization of Village Funds in Bina Baru Village has been going well seen from the development that has been carried out by the village government, but it has not been fully implemented in accordance with Regent Regulation Number 9 of 2017 concerning Village Funds, so that the utilization of the village funds has not been maximized.
